Everyone is talking Blogs these days and as I realized how much I enjoyed reading the specific Blogs produced by people I do business with - it hit me that my clients and friends might enjoy this as well.
The purpose for my Blog will be to discuss issues in the Travel Industry today, Destinations and whatever strikes my fancy! The Blog will allow customers and web-surfers to post comments on the topic to enance the overall value of the on-going web-logue or "Blog".

I am a firm believer in Travel Insurance for most trips. There are two parts to consider.
One is the trip cancellation and trip delay aspect, which is really to protect your investment in your vacation, should something unforseen happen. This is important for trips that are expensive, far out and have stiff cancellation penalties. There is nothing worse that having an accident - than having an accident AND loosing $5000.00 by not being able to have your vacation.
The second piece in the medical portion, including Medical Evacuation, and care while traveling. This is VERY important in far off places and remote trips. We have had clients whose Evac costs exceed $20,000.00 - completely covered by insurance.
